Quiet, white and open to the view
Elysium stands on the corner of a quiet street in São Vicente, with no neighbours next door. Every room looks onto the hills, the garden or the sea, and the living area opens through wide sliding doors to the terrace and the pool.
The villa is brand new, so everything in it is. It has a single-level layout, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a kitchen made for cooking together, and enough outdoor space that six guests never get in each other's way.
Outside is the main room
The infinity pool looks over the rooftops of São Vicente towards the ocean. Ask us to heat it for the cooler months, then move to the jacuzzi, kept at about 37 °C. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a lawn with palm trees, and a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and a long dining table.

Inside, light and wood
The open-plan living and dining area has a large sofa, a dining table for the whole group and a Smart TV, with floor-to-ceiling glass towards the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with bar stools, so whoever is cooking is still part of the conversation.
Three bedrooms, each with its own colour
Every bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, built-in wardrobes and sliding doors to the outdoors.

Questions
How many people can stay?
Up to six guests, in three bedrooms with a king bed and a private bathroom each.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00.
Is the pool heated?
The infinity pool can be heated on request for €30 per night. The heating is charged at check-in and must be booked for the whole stay. Please tell us at least 72 hours before arrival. Without heating, the water is about 24–25 °C in summer and 18–20 °C in winter.
How warm is the jacuzzi?
About 37 °C. It can go up to 40 °C if you ask us 2 to 3 hours before you use it.
Is the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility?
The villa is on a single level without steps, with parking at the entrance. Tell us if you have specific needs.
Is the villa suitable for families with babies and children?
Yes. We have a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bath, as well as plenty of toys for inside the house and for the pool. Please always supervise children at the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one. The village is a few minutes away, but the best walks and beaches are a short drive. We can point you to a local rental company that gives our guests 10% off.
Can you arrange a chef or spa treatments?
Yes. We can arrange a private chef and wellness treatments near São Vicente. Ask us when you book.
Can I charge an electric car?
Yes, there is a domestic charging socket by the parking. It is not a fast charger.
Can I cancel?
Cancellations are handled through Airbnb. As a rule, guests can cancel free of charge up to two weeks before arrival; the terms shown for your dates on Airbnb apply.

- Not allowed unless agreed in advance.

- Please sort your trash and use the bins provided. Before check-out, empty all household trash and recycling in the public waste containers about 200 m down the road. Please do not leave waste outside the house.
- Noise
- Respect the peace, especially at night. Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 08:00.
- Pool and neighbours
- Please be considerate of our neighbours below the property. Avoid excessive jumping or splashing in the pool so that water does not spill into their garden.
- Children
- Always supervise children at the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. No spa use for babies.
Looking after the house
- No food or drinks in bedrooms or on the sofa.
- Place wet towels in the baskets, not on the wooden floor.
- Please remove shoes at the entrance.
- Be careful with walls and wallpaper.
- Please treat the furniture and equipment with care.
Plants
Our house is one of the few holiday homes with real indoor plants, and we would really appreciate your help looking after them. If the water-level indicator on a plant pot shows empty, please add some water. A watering can is available in the laundry room.
